As a loving husband and father, Matt serves business owners who want more freedom, wealth, and legacy for their families and teams. He has over 16 years of experience and has worked with many different businesses, from solopreneurs to Fortune 500 companies, improving processes and systems and making multiple $100 Million+ impacts.
Matt has significant leadership and team engagement experience that has affected productivity transformations for thousands of employees. He has also helped businesses develop marketing and sales plans for existing and new products/services, leading to over triple-digit growth in less than 12 months. Being an entrepreneur, he seeks to simplify business education and execution to make it actionable and achievable.
Brian Schraut: Business Coach
Before working here, Brian had been running his own HVAC company for over 25 years. He then sold it and decided to bring his experience and knowledge to others to help them achieve their goals. Brian is also a dedicated father and family man and seeks to help business owners create the kinds of businesses that give their families better lives.
